Program offerings in this series are designed to provide executive level leadership knowledge and insights for superintendents. The content will help senior level education professionals to grow skills in establishing strategic vision and influencing others to execute and realize that vision. Facilitators will include experienced superintendents and successful business executives. The workshops are suitable for both early career and seasoned superintendents.
The Superintendent Strand includes a rolling three-year program of assessments, workshops, book studies, and experiential activities. Three workshops will be offered in each of the first two years of the program. The final Platinum year will include two workshops and activities aligned with the specific assessed needs of the cohort. The completion of six initial workshops is required for eligibility to participate in the Platinum year.
