Audience

Participation is restricted to teacher leaders and instrucational coaches at the school level.

Session Description

Making the transition from doing work as a teacher or individual contributor to managing others can feel overwhelming. New school leaders may be overseeing the work of former colleagues or getting to know an entirely new school, faculty, students and parents. They’ll feel pressure from below and above. This course is designed to help minimize the stress and walk aspiring school leaders through the transition by targeting five specific areas: faculty/staff, projects, performance, conflict, and self.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to april@scasa.org by January 30, 2019.
• Cancellations received after January 30, 2019 will not be refunded.
