Audience

Participation is restricted to district level leaders.

Session Description

Truly effective leadership requires having strong influencing skills.  Whether influencing without authority, influencing change, or influencing the agenda of senior leadership, the ability to influence is key for leader success.  This module helps leaders quickly grasp the fundamental principles of effective influence, build self-awareness, and become equipped with the tactics necessary. 

Payment 

• Individual course registration is not permitted in the District-Level Leaders (Silver Strand). You are required to register for the entire series.
  • If you have already taken The Art of Influencing Others and Preparing for the Role of the Superintendent and need to register for the Work of Leaders' Session in order to complete your District-Level Leaders Silver CEEL Strand, please contact April Griffin at (803) 798-8380.
• Online registration must be paid by credit card.

• SCASA does not accept purchase orders. 

Cancellation Policy

• Because of the special rate provided for registration in all three sessions, cancellations must be made by September 1, 2022.
• Cancellations are subject to a $120 fee, to be deducted from the fees incurred at the time of registration.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to april@scasa.org by September 1, 2022.
• Cancellations received after September 1, 2022, will not be refunded.
