Electives are open to school leaders at any level.

NOTE:  Participants will not be permitted to register to attend this workshop with their subordinates or supervisor. 

Session Description

To remain productive schoolhouse and district office leaders need to retain valuable employees, address problems that interfere with productivity, and help teachers and staff achieve their full potential. But the traditional “command and control” method of managing has been shown to be less effective than involving people in their own development—and the best way to do this is to guide them through improvement.  This workshop will provide a foundation of knowledge on how to coach your employees to increase their commitment and level of engagement and to improve their working relationships and productivity.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are subject to a $60 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to april@scasa.org by February 13, 2024.
• Cancellations received after February 13, 2024, will not be refunded.
