Participation is restricted to anyone who has completed a strand in the past or is currently enrolled in one session.

Session Description

Leading others through change successfully requires thoughtful planning and innovative options. This workshop will provide you with a clearer understanding of what happens to people when an organizational change initiative occurs. It also introduces the tools and techniques you can use to more effectively lead change efforts in your district, ultimately allowing you to be better prepared to address the myriad of consequences to change that come your way.  

Successful completion will increase your understanding of why change initiatives fail and how to ensure their success through a framework to actively lead change efforts.  You will also plan for the success of a future change through close evaluation of a current or prior initiative.  Finally, you will also learn to identify, acknowledge, and manage resistance to ensure an efficient transition and commitment to the change.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to april@scasa.org by November 16, 2021.
• Cancellations received after November 16, 2021, will not be refunded.
