ForwardProductive Conflict: 2020-21

Audience
Participation is restricted to elementary, middle and secondary principals.
Session Description
In this session participants will be provided with a learning experience that increases self-awareness around conflict behaviors and increases knowledge of how to effectively respond to the uncomfortable and unavoidable challenges of workplace conflict. Rather than focus on a step-by-step process for conflict resolution, it offers personalized techniques to curb destructive behaviors so that conflict can become more productive, ultimately improving workplace relationships and results.
Because this session includes an assessment, the deadline for registration is November 6, 2020.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee due to the assessment being administered.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to april@scasa.org by November 11, 2020.
- Cancellations received after November 11, 2020, will not be refunded.
Requirements for Contact Hours
- You will only receive credit for the number of contact hours in which you participate.
- In order to earn your Gold CEEL certificate, you are required to complete each full-day workshop in the Silver and Gold strand series in its entirety.
- If you only attend a portion of the day and want to receive the Gold CEEL certificate, you will be required to re-register, pay, and attend the entire session when scheduled again.
