Audience

Electives are open to school leaders at any level.

NOTE:  Participants will not be permitted to register to attend this workshop with their subordinates or supervisor. 

Session Description

According to a survey conducted by the Center for Creative Leadership,  91% of respondents agreed with the statement, “Teams are central to organizational success,” and 87% said, “Our team collaborating with other teams is essential for success.”

Clearly, teams are a vital component of every school.  They are expected to use resources more effectively, solve problems more creatively, and provide greater productivity than individual employees working alone. In this session school leaders will learn the specific traits and strategies needed to achieve team excellence:  communication, abilities, results, and esprit de corps.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are subject to a $60 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to april@scasa.org by November 6, 2024.
• Cancellations received after November 6, 2024, will not be refunded.
