Audience

Participation is restricted to district level leaders.

NOTE:  Participants will not be permitted to register to attend this workshop with their subordinates or supervisor. 

Session Description

Truly effective leadership requires having strong influencing skills.  Whether influencing without authority, influencing change, or influencing the agenda of senior leadership, the ability to influence is key for leader success.  This module helps leaders quickly grasp the fundamental principles of effective influence, build self-awareness, and become equipped with the tactics necessary. 

Payment 

• Individual course registration is not permitted in the District-Level Leaders (Silver Strand). You are required to register for the entire series.
  • If you have already taken the Work of Leaders session and Preparing for the Role of the Superintendent and need to register for The Art of Influencing Others in order to complete your District-Level Leaders Silver CEEL Strand, please contact April Griffin at (803) 798-8380.
• Online registration must be paid by credit card.

• SCASA does not accept purchase orders. 

Cancellation Policy

• Because of the special rate provided for registration in all three sessions, cancellations must be made by August 29, 2023.
• Cancellations are subject to a $140 fee, to be deducted from the fees incurred at the time of registration.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to april@scasa.org by August 29, 2023.
• Cancellations received after August 29, 2023, will not be refunded.
