The Center for Executive Education Leadership (CEEL) Platinum program offerings have been designed to help you in your professional and personal growth. Participants in the platinum program must attend both sessions.

In book study format, participants will discover and discuss in whole group and small team discussions ideas on how to build courage in the workplace.  Renowned research professor Brene’ Brown has spent the past two decades studying courage and vulnerability.  She has found that both leaders and teams face serious problems in their ability to display vulnerability at work; instead, they sabotage themselves, killing innovation and creativity.  In this book she discusses owning your fears, choosing courage over comfort, whole hearts over armor, and building an organizational culture based on bravery.  

Participants will receive a copy of the book to prepare for participation a few weeks prior to the session.

Pre-registration and payment are required to attend all CEEL workshops. No walk-ins will be accepted.

Payment 

• Your required registration fee covers all program elements including assessments, development plan, executive coaching, and three workshops. Separate payment for individual program elements is not permitted.
• Online registration must be paid by credit card.
• After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email for the strand as well as for the individual sessions within the program.

Fellowships Available

• Each district-level leader and principal eligible for the platinum level program will be provided a 66% fellowship to defray the cost of registration.
• Platinum program elements represent a value of $2,650, but the reduced registration fee will be $875.

Cancellation Policy

• Due to nature of the platinum program, all cancellations must be submitted in writing to april@scasa.org by August 3, 2020.
• Cancellations submitted by August 3rd, will be refunded the amount paid minus the cost of the assessment and debrief session.
• Cancellations received after August 3, 2020 will not receive a refund.
